COVID 19 UPDATE
Based on government advice, as a charity we look after ourselves, our customers and our volunteers . We abide by all the government guidelines and as the rules change we will abide by the rules
However we also need to look after our castles
As the colder weather is here we have again decided we are only doing our castles for INDOOR HIRES
We know this is a difficult time but we cannot put you at risk, our volunteers at risk or our equipment at risk
We will begin again doing outdoor hire from the beginning of March 2021
We are operating contactless deliveries and collections with minimal volunteers and in order to stay on top of cleaning, we must have spaces between each hire so availability will be limited.
We have stricter cleaning regimes for inflatables and each castle will be stored for a minimum of 6 days before being rehired
